Mental therapy for St Louis County Jail residents is now available

80% of residents at the St Louis County Jail have a mental health concern, St Louis County Department of Health Director Dr Kanika Cunningham tells Megan Lynch. A new director of social work position was created earlier this year, says Cunningham.
