Joel Hensley, principal planner, St Louis County Planning Department, joins Megan Lynch. He's 'already thinking,' about the development opportunities that will occur with the new extension of the St Louis Zoo WildCare Park opens. 'We want to take that leadership role,' since a large portion of the area is in unincorporated St Louis County, 'but we recognize we need partnerships,' with the community, says Hensley. 'We don't want to make a plan that's pie in the sky,' says Hensley, he wants to succeed.
