After 35 years in radio and 24 years at B101, today is Bill Tafrow’s last day… to quote him, he’s “trading the airwaves for the fairways…. “ Bill has been part of the B101 family since 2003, starting on overnights before moving to mornings doing news and eventually co-hosting mornings with Jenn Ryan for over a decade. After Jenn retired, Bill moved to afternoons and has been keeping you company on your drive home. Today we’d like to thank Bill for all of the years of entertainment, the laughs, the memories... all of it.
It is bittersweet for sure, but we are excited to celebrate and honor our friend Bill all morning! We’ll share stories, have guests in the studio, and play you some of Bill's best (and questionable) on air moments.
