People who are on the front lines of customer service in Metro Detroit were recognized during a special ceremony Friday night at Sound Board at Motor City Casino Hotel. Visit Detroit put on the 30th annual Recognition of Service Excellence, or ROSE, Awards. There were 138 nominees for the Overall Service Champion and the winner is James Quinn Johnson, who is a customer service agent at Delta Airlines. He talked with WWJ's Greg Bowman.
