Amy Zuhlke of Howell was on a NATO trip with her husband in Germany, and living in Italy, when she went to the ER with abdominal pain. At age 50, she learned she had Stage III Ovarian Cancer. After moving 17 times, and living in several countries including the UK and Australia, the diagnosis brought her to her family's side in Michigan where she'd undergo treatment. She sat down with WWJ's Christina McDaniel-- and reflected on "cancer blessings," including friends flying in from all over the world to hold her hand through chemo, other modes of healing, and lessons learned from living abroad.
