Karmanos Cancer Institute is hosting an event next month aimed at saving lives. On October 3, Karmanos will be offering mammograms, colonoscopy intakes and CT lung cancer screenings by appointment at a free event with giveaways and massages. Skin cancer and head and neck screenings are free at the event. The other screenings require insurance and registration in advance through karmanos.org/screeningsavelives.
