The University of Michigan has formally approved C. Cybele Raver as its 17th president. The Vanderbilt provost takes over December first, inheriting a university facing major questions about research funding, affordability, politics, athletics and its relationship with the federal government. Raver says she is ready to lead U-M through that changing landscape. Tim Pamplin reports.
