Time is running out for families or others looking to adopt a new pet. The BISSELL Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters Summer National Adoption event wraps up on Sunday. There are 17 shelters in Michigan participating in the program, WWJ's Beth Fisher talked with the the Foundation's Eliza Curtain.
