We've already dealt with one major heatwave in north Texas, and we're looking at another one coming up next week. That basically means it's summer in north Texas.
So what happens with the dress code at the office with this kind of oppressive heat. More companies seem to be accepting of a change in what people wear to the office.
They're starting to wear shorts to work.
Bloomberg asked companies about it, and almost half say they're OK with it.
