Natalie Morrow is the Founder and CEO of the Twin Cities Black Film Festival. The festival is celebrating its 24th year and is taking place at the Mann Edina Theater. Sheletta asks why Natalie started the festival so many years ago and how she picks the films to feature each year. Natalie details the process and how they narrow down from hundreds of submissions. She also answers the oft-asked question, why do we need a special film festival for Black art and artists?
