Sheletta recently obtained a new magazine subscription which led her to learning about The Crowded Table which is run by Matthew and Amber Jensen. The Crowded Table is an award-winning restaurant in Alexandria, MN that focuses on “bringing the essence of Minnesota straight from farm to plate”.
