Town of Tonawanda would reconsider data centers under right circumstances

Governor Hochul last week introduced a "Community Investment Framework" that would benefit communities that choose to allow data centers. Town of Tonawanda Supervisor John Flynn says he would rethink the town's moratorium if it means his residents will benefit.
