The October 23, 2026, broadcast of The Charlie James Show covered early voting updates, local elections, and national political debates across its four hours. Central topics included significant early voting turnout in South Carolina alongside persistent caller reports of voting machine glitches defaulting straight-ticket Republican votes to the Green Party. Throughout the program, host Charlie James and numerous callers engaged in heated debates over conservative strategy and party loyalty in the South Carolina U.S. Senate race between Republican nominee Darling Graham and Democrat Annie Andrews, specifically addressing pushback against third-party or write-in protest votes following Warren Norman's op-ed. Additional discussions examined allegations of identity fraud involving Representative Ilhan Omar, local candidates like the Spartanburg soil conservation race, the massive influx of out-of-state and dark money into campaigns, rising healthcare and billing frustrations, and warnings regarding potential post-election unrest and political protests.
