This morning brought the Philly Love Run: the annual half marathon and 7k that’s the first of many races in the city this year. 7K is almost four and a half miles.

Millions of people around the country took to the streets for the 3rd No Kings Protest against President Trump's policies, in particular ICE tactics and the war in Iran...
That's Senator Bernie Sanders addressing a gathering of thousands in St. Paul, Minnesota --- seen largely as the flagship rally in the wake of the ICE raids there that left two Americans dead.
There were even some protests in conservative areas, like Eagle River, Wisconsin -- which voted heavily in favor of Trump in the 2024 election...
Philadelphia was the site of another of the more than 3,000 events nationwide.

The Delaware River Bridge is getting a massive upgrade.
The U.S. Department of Transportation giving $600-million-dollars in federal funding to replace the bridge that connects Bucks and Burlington Counties on the PA Turnpike.
Pennsylvania Senators John Fetterman and Dave McCormick made the announcement last night, calling this "one of the most
consequential infrastructure commitments in Pennsylvania’s history."
The project will widen the bridge and fix critical infrastructure risk.
There's no timetable for when the construction could start, but the PA Turnpike Commission's website says analysis and design planning for the new bridge will "continue through 2027."
