A pilot innovation hub will allow a space to test and validate solutions to Louisiana's real-world problems

Jeff Schwartz, Director of Housing, Community Development, and Special Projects at the City of New Orleans, joins Newell to discuss Senate Bill 384, which creates an optional "Pilot Innovation Hub" designation that any Louisiana parish can adopt by passing a resolution.
