Bill Guerin is the General Manager for the Minnesota Wild. He has his eyes glued to his phone while visiting with Chad… no breaking news involving a particular Quinn (Hughes). Billy says there’s no tension and details some of his correspondence with Quinny Hughes camp as they work towards a long term deal. Billy doesn’t like the noise out there so he doesn’t bite on any hypotheticals.
In their second segment, Bill talks about how he thought a change was needed for the Minnesota Wild this upcoming season. Chad asks about the now departed Mats Zuccarello and how it will affect Kirill Kaprizov. They talk about other roster additions, avoid talking about Dylan Larkin and the maturation process of young centers.
Their third segment is hockey free. Chad asks what the last thing Bill and his wife fought about and mentions he’s not the best at keeping his tab of the family calendar updated.
