For nearly half a century, Americans have faced threats and killings from Iranians. Iranian leaders believe that restraint is weakness, convinced that American leaders will always choose restraint—a belief that history supports. President Trump has now changed the United States' method of responding. What remains is not negotiation, but victory. Property tax is universally disliked, raising the question of what we truly own.
