While Minnesota has spent millions on PTSD retirements for officers and firefighters - there seems to have been a poor ROI when it comes to this and much of this funding has been misused as “an easy way out” for retirement - but pushing back on PTSD funding is nearly impossible according to some of the leaders that have tried - Rep.
