Rob O'Donnell explains why he is all for the Bell to Bell School cell phone ban but he brings up some things to consider:
A lot of IEP/504’s will need to be modified, especially for medical needs, so expect a caseload increase for administrators, directors, counselors and teachers. Secondly, will schools also develop policies for teachers and staff since they are not covered under this legislation? If the purpose was to limit distractions in the classroom, wouldn’t it be the same for staff?
