Appeals court upholds 10-year sentence for Hoffman Estates doctor

A federal appeals court has upheld the 10-year prison sentence of a suburban Chicago doctor convicted of health care fraud. Mona Ghosh, 53, of Inverness, pleaded guilty to two fraud counts tied to her Hoffman Estates OB-GYN practice.
