20-year-old Quentin S. Williams Jr. has been charged with one count of first-degree murder.
Melrose Park Police say on June 4th, Travion R. Taylor of Chicago was in the parking garage with an Amazon co-worker who was arguing with Williams when Williams pulled out a semiautomatic rifle and fired several shots.
Police say Taylor was shot in his back and later died at a hospital.
A judge on Monday ordered Williams held in jail pending his trial.
