Tim Gushue is a Shawnee High School institution. He has been the head football coach at his alma mater in Medford, New Jersey since 1983, and this season he became just the 4th coach in South Jersey history to win 300 career games. He has led the Renegades to the playoffs 19 times and won 9 sectional championships. Gushue's connection to Shawnee goes back to the beginning as he was a part of the school's first graduating class in 1972.
