Claim filed against CAL FIRE, CA after woman says she was raped by firefighter

A claim is being filed against CAL FIRE and the state of California by a woman who claims she was raped repeatedly by a firefighter. KNX News' Bob Brill reports the investigation has brought out a second victim as well.
