Community groups demand LAPD sever ties with Flock Safety

Community groups are demanding that the Los Angeles Police Department permanently sever ties with Flock Safety after the department recently allowed its license plate reader contract with the company to expire over privacy and safety concerns. KNX News' Karen Adams reports.
