Could AG Bonta's coalition stop the Paramount-Warner Brothers Discovery merger?

California is leading a big antitrust lawsuit to try to stop the Paramount-Warner Brothers Discovery merger. State Attorney General Rob Bonta says this merger would give Paramount control of one-third of all movies and nearly one-third of basic cable programs.
