Over $1 million in bets placed on online trading platforms during Palisades and Eaton Fires

More than a million dollars in bets were placed on online trading platforms during the Palisades and Eaton Fires. There's an effort now in Congress to stop something like that from happening again. ABC News correspondent Alex Stone talks about it with KNX News.
