This is...\n\n01:27\nDemocrat Majority Leader Chuck Schumer saying the same thing about Obama's deal and why he wasn't voting for it ended up in place anyway as Marco Rubio. Listen to this. This is remarkable. I asked are we better off with the agreement that we have before us or without? In the first 10 years of the deal, there are serious weaknesses in the agreement. First, inspections are not anywhere anytime.\n\n01:55\nThe potential delay of as many as 24 days before we can inspect undeclared suspicious sites is troubling. It is true that declared sites will be monitored. That is one of the positives of this deal. But if Iran is going to cheat, it will not be at a declared site with the eyes of the world watching. It will be at a non-designated site. And if Iran is trying to cheat, it will certainly delay the inspection process as long as possible.\n\n02:22\nYeah, that's how we got if Shahan. If Shahan, I never can say that. OK, listen to this. Then Schumer comes out and flat out says the Obama deal will help Iran get nukes. If Iran's true intent is to get a nuclear weapon under this agreement, it simply must exercise patience. After 10 years, it can be very close to achieving that goal. Iran would be stronger financially, better able to advance a robust nuclear program.\n\n02:51\nAnd unlike its current unsanctioned pursuit of a nuclear weapon, Iran's nuclear program would be codified in an agreement signed by the United States and other nations. We're done here, I won. em My liberal trolls, do you hear that? That is Chuck Schumer sounding with the exact same criticisms of the deal that many Republicans and conservatives had at the very same time.\n\n03:16\nAnd Schumer, this is 2015, was very pro-Israel. He voted with the Republicans against Obama's deal. Well, back then, yeah. Yeah, back then. When he was still telling the truth about it. Before the Marxist Palestinian terrorists took over the Democrat party. I'm serious. It's crazy what's going on right now. This is a little long, Lee, but I want to play it and then get your reaction. So you jump on right after so we could save time. Here we go. Here's Chuck Schumer explaining how Obama's deal would do, by the way, eerily exactly what it did in building the nuclear regime of Iran.\n\n03:46\nThis aspect of the deal gives me the most pause. years, Iran has used military force and terrorism to expand its influence in the Middle East, actively supporting military or terrorist actions in Israel, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, and Gaza. Under this agreement, Iran would receive at least $50 billion in the future. Obama sent it. undoubtedly use some of that money to create even more trouble in the Middle East and perhaps beyond.\n\n04:14\nYep, they did. hardliners could use these funds to pursue an ICBM. Yep, they did. as sanctions are lifted and then augment their ICBM capabilities in eight years after the ban on importing ballistic weaponry is lifted. Yep. Restrictions should have been put in place, limiting how Iran could use its new resources. Using the proponents overall standard, not whether the agreement is ideal, but whether it's better to have it or not have it.\n\n04:41\nIt seems to me when it comes to the nuclear aspects of the agreement within 10 years, we might be better off, we might be slightly better off with it. However, when it comes to nuclear aspects after 10 years and non-nuclear aspects, we would be better off without it. Ultimately, in my view, whether one opposes or supports the resolution of disapproval depends on how one thinks Iran will behave under this agreement.\n\n05:12\nwhether contact with the West and a decrease in economic and political isolation will soften Iran's hardline positions, or whether the current autocratic regime views this deal as a way to get relief from onerous sanctions while still retaining their designs on nuclear arms and regional hegemony. To me, the very real risk that Iran will not moderate and will instead use the agreement to pursue its nefarious goals\n\n05:41\nis too great. Therefore, I will vote to disapprove the agreement. So that may be one of the last times Chuck Schumer made sense on the Senate floor. And Iran did every single thing he listed. Absolutely, absolutely. Every single thing that was said there. And once again, this is the same criticism that Republicans and conservatives had of this deal all along. And he is saying exactly the same thing.\n\n06:10\nHe's saying it very nicely, very diplomatically, but that's exactly oh what he said is what happened. And he's saying, look, Obama's going to give them, if you heard it in there, $50 billion in that deal right there. He did. They're going to use it for their proxies. They did. 46 Americans died. 12 were taken hostage. Many of them were killed, too. That's Obama's legacy right there in Chuck Schumer's own words. And you heard that part in there that you and I went nuts over, that the deal allows\n\n06:40\nIran to get a missile. He said it, not me. Well, and plus, that's exactly what we were saying at the time, though. Yes. We had this figured out. It was not hard to do. He wrapped with this. That the U.S. cannot demand inspections unilaterally. We require of the majority of the eight member joint commission, assuming that China, Russia, Iran will not cooperate, inspections would require the votes of all three European members.\n\n07:09\nof the P5 plus one as well as the EU representative. It is a reasonable fear. Once the Europeans become entangled in lucrative economic relations with Iran, they may not want to rock the boat by voting to allow inspections. And you're seeing the influence of that right now with France. Yeah. And it's also their relationship with China and those lucrative. So, mean, it's it's a mess.\n\n07:36\nBut it happened exactly as he said, that is how they built it. And Obama so determined, Lee, that after they even violated this deal, which was designed to let them get nukes, Obama still kept sending the money, but this time in pallets of cash in the middle of the night in foreign denomination so it couldn't be traced. You know, the way drug cartels move money. Terror organizations. A good analogy, yeah. And Barack Obama. But then I repeat myself.\n\n08:06\nWhen the Democrats are on TV with this background I just gave you calling for the 25th Amendment, 70 of them now, according to The Guardian, are calling for Trump to be removed and leave Iran alone. Look at the history here. Iran is in lockstep with the Democrats, except Chuck Schumer in 2015, but now Chuck Schumer's on board too. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Well, this is a perfect example of what happens\n\n08:35\nwhen you have diplomacy without any consequences. And I realize that diplomacy has its place. It certainly does. There should always be an effort to talk about issues. But if there is no threat of consequences, if there is not the uh threat of uh annihilation, their actions are something that would create a security issue for us, then nothing's going to happen. And of course, you can never trust the Iranians. I'm sorry.\n\n09:05\nYou can never trust the Iranians, the Russians, the Chinese, or the North Koreans, period. And we should keep a very close eye on all of our allies and people that we share interest with. And that includes everyone in NATO, that includes everyone in Europe, that includes Israel. We should keep a very close eye on them. Because as I was saying the other day, and it's something that I heard from somebody else, countries don't have allies, they have interests. Yes, they do. And this is a great example. Right now, the US and Israel\n\n09:34\nhave a common interest in defeating Iran. Now, you see the Israelis doing some things that are complicating things for us by continuing to hit Lebanon, because that's in their best interest, because that is a threat that is on their northern border, and they have the opportunity now to do something to get rid of that threat, the Hezbollah proxies of Iran now, and they are taking advantage of it. That's not in the U.S. interest. That's in the Israeli interest, and that's the point I'm making. We don't have allies. We have interest.\n\n10:04\nAnd when we have common interests, we can work together. But when those interests diverge, that's when you're to have issues. And the problem is, if you're going, if we're going to give you, as Larry Elder just pointed out on X, $100 billion a year worth of protection, so that's NATO dues or bases.\n\n10:24\num everything that we're doing in Europe and you won't even let us overfly your territory and sometimes you won't let us use your bases. What is our ROI on that return on investment? Zero. Because those are our interests. Yes. That's something that we are doing to benefit you that is not and then there's nothing in return. Exactly. The return on the investment is zero. We gave uh Israel, and I don't support this, but we gave Israel 3.8 billion. They spent almost all of it in our defense industry manufacturing their stuff.\n\n10:52\nAnd what do we get for that? Well, we just ended up in a six front war in the Middle East. They're handling five of the fronts. So return on investment? Yes. Why? It's not because Israel's good or bad or anything. It's because they're capable. Yeah. The Euro-weenies aren't even capable. Yeah, that's true. Not only are they not willing, they're not capable. Israel is willing and capable. Yeah. Very capable.\n\n11:20\nSo again, I keep seeing these lefties and they leave me these messages and stuff all over the place on social media. Oh my gosh, he's destroying all our allies. What will we do? And I'm like, not notice. They just, they're not providing anything. They're not providing help. They have degraded their own capabilities so much. They had the most formidable Navy on earth at one point.\n\n11:46\nAlthough maybe not that formidable at the time because we been doing for the European Union and the NATO organizations in Ukraine? We have no national interest there. No, no. There is not a national interest other than the long-term strategic goal of limiting Russia's ability to, you know, move things around. Okay, that's fine. That is, you know, in the background. But there's no serious national interest in the United States with regard to Ukraine. But yet we have been there for Europe. We have been there for NATO and their involvement in that war.\n\n12:17\nAnd then when we're involved in a war, which is in our national interest, where we are trying to defend ourselves against a nuclear armed Iran with intercontinental ballistic missiles, where are you? Where are you? See, and that's the question I was asking and challenged in the last hour. Truly, I am open-minded. Send me all these people who are saying this is an optional war. Explain to me how we live, not even with a nuclear armed Iran, but with an Iran armed with long-range ballistic missiles, because that could take out our bases at any time.\n\n12:45\nAnd people on our side say this too, Tucker Carlson, I'd ask him one question. Are you willing to lose a base a year? Two of them? Thousands of military members? Because they just fired the thing at Diego Garcia. We know they'll kill us. It's not theoretical because in 23, they shot that missile into our Jordanian outpost and killed three of us. So they've demonstrated they will do it. It is not theoretical. How do you defend against that? Tell me about what defenses? They are absolutely allowing people who are in this country illegally uh to ultimately get on a pathway to citizenship. It has happened for 40 years. That interview with Republican Representative Mike Lawler last night on Laura Ingraham, she flat out says to his face over and over, you're lying about your amnesty bill. There's some stuff in there I didn't even catch.\n\n19:14\nHe's running around saying, well, just the hardworking ones. know, everybody, and everybody knows an illegal immigrant. They do. And it's, you know, nice, I have legal immigrants in my church, they're very nice people. And so you always think, well, not that one. I don't want to kick that one.\n\n19:30\nRight? And they're praying on that, the goodness of Americans. Oh, the criminals won't get to stay. Laura Ingraham in eight minutes completely exposes that lie. They'll all get to stay. Because Lawler says, well, you know, if you've committed a felony, then you don't get to stay. She points out, yes, there's another section of the bill that allows the Department of Homeland Security and USCIS, those are just people processing the paper, to waive that.\n\n19:56\nAnd it even says if there are family considerations, in other words, you've got family in the country, you claim that you have to support them, they can waive it if you've got a felony. Laura Ingraham points out to him, no, your bill is very specific. They will not check state criminal records. They will only check federal criminal records.
