One of the most outspoken advocates to preserve Dallas City Hall is one of the biggest architectural voices in Dallas. Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Mark Lamster, who is releasing a new book this week, is the architecture critic for the Dallas Morning News. He says the destruction of City Hall would be disastrous on many levels.
