Senator John Cornyn of Texas spoke Tuesday during the Senate Judiciary Committee meeting before voting to advance the nomination of Todd Blanche to be the next Attorney General. Sen. Cornyn says he along with fellow Republican Thom Tillis could not support the nomination if an original settlement stemming from a lawsuit filed by the president against the IRS was not significantly changed.
