• The Mission: Texoma Center for Sustainable Welfare is a grassroots community safety net and crisis control organization serving Grayson County and surrounding communities. Less than a year old, we focus on proactive solutions that keep animals out of the municipal shelter system before they ever become a burden on taxpayers. Through short-term crisis holding for owned pets in emergency situations and targeted Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) for feral cat colonies, we keep families together and stop overpopulation at the source.
