Missouri Secretary of State Denny Hoskins joins the show to provide an Election Eve operational update across the state. Hoskins outlines expectations for statewide voter turnout approaching 55%—a notable increase over recent midterm cycles—driven by expanded early voting access and major statewide ballot initiatives. The Secretary details Missouri’s use of the federal SAVE database to audit voter rolls alongside local election authorities, reviews the state's photo ID requirements and online complaint filing process via Missouri Secretary of State, and explains polling place electioneering boundaries under updated state law. Hoskins also addresses statewide ballot measures, warning against Amendment 6 and outlining how it could limit legislative oversight on citizen-initiated constitutional petitions.
