The third hour brings extensive national and local Election Day analysis, starting with in-person turnout checks across St. Louis precincts and emergency appeals over Department of Justice efforts to segregate 20,000 flagged mail-in ballots in California following actions by the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Todd Piro of Fox & Friends First joins the show to discuss battleground races, analyzing voter confusion surrounding Alaska's independent candidate Dan J. Sullivan ("Decoy Dan") alongside Michigan Senate fundraising dynamics following Representative Haley Stevens' endorsement of Mike Rogers. On "2A Tuesday," Mark Walters of Armed American Radio announces his new program The 2A War Room with Jared Yanis, breaking down how congressional majorities protect federal judicial nominations and highlighting the threat of Missouri's Amendment 6 to gun rights. The hour closes with "Kim on a Whim," investigating how voters use AI chatbots to research candidates and evaluate down-ballot judicial retention races in St. Charles County.
