Marc Cox and Kim St. Onge open the St. Louis Morning Brief reviewing the outcome of "Operation Show Me Justice," a multi-agency law enforcement surge resulting in 435 arrests, 166 seized firearms, and $1.25 million in illegal assets recovered across St. Louis. The hosts address a fatal shooting on Interstate 170 that claimed the life of McCluer North High School senior Alyssa Wilson, highlighting police efforts to gather dashcam footage and witness accounts. The segment transitions into a discussion on regional homelessness policy before evaluating St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department initiatives to address a rash of property crime and HVAC copper theft targeting local churches, including dedicated officer protocols, walkthrough security assessments, and guaranteed 72-hour follow-up procedures.
