It’s October 1st! 🎃 A brand-new month means we’re talking about what’s coming up in October, from football and fall fun to everything else happening around Austin and beyond.
We’ve also got a wild story out of Tennessee involving death-row inmate Christa Pike. She was scheduled to be executed Wednesday night, but after officials administered two doses of pentobarbital, she was still alive and was taken to a hospital. Tennessee Governor Bill Lee has now halted the state’s remaining executions for the year and ordered an independent review.
Plus, Jimmy Carter checks in with his report, and of course Eric and Bob have plenty more fun, stories and conversation to get you started on the first day of October!
