Russell Wilson wants the NC State coaching job, but Gio isn't buying him as a college head coach! Gio questions Wilson's ability to connect with players, while Boomer sees Philip Rivers as a much better fit to lead the program. Could Wilson be more valuable in a front-office role? The debate turns to the challenges of college football, NIL money, and whether big-name quarterbacks can revive struggling programs.
Then Boomer's hilarious Bryce Underwood mix-up sparks a Blair Underwood identification challenge that doesn't go quite as planned. Jerry delivers the latest on the Giants' massive opportunity to take control of the NFC East against the Eagles, the Ravens' quarterback situation, and Winnipeg's stunning comeback against Montreal. Plus, the Islanders send Boomer his very own Fish Stick jersey, Gio has a field day with the surprise gift, and a caller tries to take the jersey off Boomer's hands!
