Today we look at a unique DUI case where someone was charged even though they were standing outside of a local take out restaurant. We also look at a workplace trip and fall case and whether those injuries fall under Workers Compensation Law. We discuss a gun rights case and whether having a misdemeanor affects someone’s ability to own a firearm. We also take several calls from listeners, including questions about financial power of attorney, whether it’s a good idea to have one, if someone from out of state can serve in a power of attorney role, what options exist for elderly individuals without close family if they want a power of attorney, as well as a complex DCF situation involving court ordered visitation for a non relative.
