Today we look at a hospital case where a mental health patient threatened another patient’s family, raising questions about medical negligence vs ordinary negligence. We also discuss a premises liability case involving a woman who slipped and fell on snow and ice in a hospital parking lot, and a bicycle injury case where a rider sued a town after getting injured when his tire became stuck in a storm grate. The Mailbox Rule is discussed.
