The third major story brings a startling Montgomery County video showing a driver using a sidewalk to get around a stopped school bus. The crew reacts with disbelief before the hour moves to another child-safety story from Michigan, where daycare workers intervene after a toddler pulls a loaded handgun from a backpack. Nobody is injured, and police say the firearm belongs to a parent who works in law enforcement.
