Can we have compassion for the unhoused AND acknowledge that encampments are inherently unsafe?

Jason talks with Tyler Quattrin from the Pioneer Press who covered the Pig's Eye encampment closure in St. Paul. It seems most residents who left simply moved to other encampments. No one wants to be cruel, but what we've done hasn't worked. Time for something new?
