Can you agree with a deportation and still criticized the Fed's using it as a prop?

Jason was critical of the state for pardoning a convicted child sex offender last week. Today we learned the man was deported anyway. Jason thinks that's the right call, but he found the gloating from Sec. Rubio and Republicans "kinda gross." What do you think?
