On Thursday's Drivetime with DeRusha...
3pm Hour: Jason's tired of election season negativity. How about a little positive talk about the things we all love about the state of Minnesota? Then he's joined by former State Senator Nicole Mitchell, who - while appealing a burglary conviction - ran for and won a seat on the Woodbury city council. Why was she compelled to return to public life?
4pm Hour: Amy Klobuchar's advantage in Hennepin County was enough to win the whole election. Has the Metro taken over MN politics and how can the GOP get back in statewide races? Jason talks to listeners. Then on DeRusha Eats he talks with Dan D'Aquisto who's brought the PopUp Bagels brand to Minnesota!
5pm Hour: Jason talks with Halyn Roth, a candidate for Spring Lake Park mayor in a race that wound up tied. What's that like and how will the tie be broken? Then Jason talks about his growing affinity for mini-vans. Plus, should throuples be legally recognized as partners?
