We've heard a lot about helicopter parents overshadowing their younger children to make sure they're keeping up with their studies and activities.
But now, there's a new trend that sees parents hovering over their adult kids as they navigate the job market.
Things like reports of parents calling up hiring managers and hanging around during interviews conducted over Zoom.
