Some San Franciscans are frustrated with police response times

In some San Francisco neighborhoods, a call to 911 can mean waiting more than 40 minutes for police to arrive. As KCBS Radio Reporter David Welch tells us, residents in SoMa and the Tenderloin want to know why.
