Kadfi Fleming was already wanted on robbery, conspiracy and related charges, accused of being the getaway driver who helped his brother and another suspect after they allegedly gunned down Penn State student Billy Schmidt on June 6.
Now, as KYW Newsradio's crime and justice reporter Kristen Johanson tells us, the 19-year-old is a person of interest in a car theft that involved an off-duty police officer near 70th and Lindbergh streets.
