1 dead, 1 injured in shooting and car crash near Temple University

Philadelphia police have identified a man killed over the weekend after he was shot and then crashed into a tree near Temple University. As KYW Newsradio's crime and justice reporter Kristen Johanson reports, a second victim is in critical condition.
