Lawmakers and civil rights activists will be in Bucks County on Friday to call for a statewide police use-of-force policy.
It comes after the investigation into a chaotic student-led anti-ICE protest in Quakertown criticized the actions of the police chief but found no charges were warranted.
The Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus and the local NAACP say what happened in February shows the need for laws to increase police accountability and transparency.
