Philadelphia officials marked the 25th anniversary of 9/11 with a special tribute to its own first responders who reported to New York to assist in search operations after the attack. KYW’s City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports that they also announced a policy change for those who developed what could be World Trade Center-related illnesses.
