This is not a trick, but it is a treat.
There's a billboard in Center City's Dilworth Park that's dispensing free bags of Halloween candy treats.
Friday and Saturday between 11am and 7pm, you can stop by the interactive Farmers Insurance billboard which promises a "high-quality mix of some of Halloween's most popular and most loved candy." There will be everything from chocolate classics to fruity and sour favorites.
The billboard is located next to the 15th Street-City Hall subway station, where Market Street meets 15th Street.
