The Queen of the Danube and the City of a Hundred Spires have never been closer. American Airlines on Thursday will launch the first new nonstop flights from Philly International to Budapest and Prague.
Officials representing Hungary and the Czech Republic will be on hand at the airport to mark the occasion. And, there will be food and entertainment from the two countries.
The daily flight to Budapest is about eight hours and 40 minutes. Service to Prague takes a little over eight hours.
