In the Cameo video, Phillies All-Star Bryce Harper wishes a man named Terry Thompson a Happy Thanksgiving and references "your host Bryttanni from FanDuel." Now, last week it was reported that Thompson has a gambling addiction and is party to a lawsuit against FanDuel.
While he mentioned FanDuel in the video, in a statement released on Monday, Harper said he "did not know the video would be used for commercial purposes." KYW Newsradio's Matt Leon has more.
